How to Request Deletion

• The email address linked to your account (if applicable)
• A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your personal data

What Happens Next

• We will confirm receipt of your request within 7 business days.
• Your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain it for legitimate business or legal reasons.
• Once deletion is complete, we will send you a confirmation email.

Important Notes

• Certain limited records (for example, transaction history required for tax or legal obligations) may need to be retained. These will be securely deleted once no longer legally required.
• If your data was provided through a third-party service (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), you may also need to make a deletion request directly with those providers.

Children's Data

We do not collect personal information from children. Our services are designed so that students can access learning content without creating accounts or sharing personal details. As a result, there is no child data to delete.
